Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. Pieces of one wind turbine destined for Gloucester Engineering in the Blackburn Industrial Park arrived by barge on Tuesday to Cruiseport. Three large pieces were unloaded and will be moved, base first, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The blades will arrive later on by truck from Pennsylvania. Working with the base as it's moved from the barge to the Cruiseport parking lot are, from left, Jason Jenkins, an ironworker with Local 6, and Shannon Foose, an ironworker with Local 7.
